Members of the Women's Art Association of Hamilton can have an online gallery page.
Your member's page includes:
Up to 5 images (with captions for Title, Size, Media, and Year Created)
Artist Statement (word limit 500 words)
Contact Information
Optional link to email address and to personal website.

Cost
Annual Fee of $20 for members providing all information for the Online Gallery in a digital format, either on a CD or via email.
All images must be submitted as maximum quality Jpeg files.
The dimensions of the image must have a width of 600 pixels or 8.33” at 72dpi.
Crop all images to the edge of the artwork; do not include borders.
All written materials must be submitted as Word documents.

Annual Fee of $30 for members providing images as photos (in a non-digital format).

Annual fee includes one contact information update free of charge: this applies to a change of address, email address, or website address.
Additional charge of $20 for any changes to images or artist statements within the year.
Full update of your Members’ Online Gallery web page is available upon annual renewal.

Disclaimer
WAAH is sensitive to the copyright concerns of all artists and will have a disclaimer for the viewers on the gallery web page. The disclaimer states that images are for the sole purpose of viewing on the website and no other permissions beyond this are granted. It also states that artists retain copyrights and that the WAAH is not liable for the copying or misuse of images on the WAAH website.

Terms and Conditions
Only WAAH members in good standing can take part in the Members’ Online Gallery.
Members must remain in good standing for the length of their participation in the WAAH Members’ Online Gallery.
Members must submit Information for the Members’ Online Gallery by the 15th of the month for the material to go live on the website by the last day of that same month. For example, for your web page to go live on April 30, 2009, you must submit complete information by April 15th, 2009.
All images submitted must be of professional quality. All text submitted must be edited for typos and grammar.
All submitted written documents and images are subject to review.
The WAAH Members’ Online Gallery annual fee is non-refundable.
Members grant permission to Internet users visiting the WAAH Members’ Online Gallery to display the gallery images for the sole purpose of viewing on the users’ computers. No other permissions beyond this are granted and the artist retains all original copyrights.
Members agree that they are the sole producers and copyright owners for the images provided for the WAAH Members’ Online Gallery.
Enrolment in the WAAH Members’ Online Gallery is on an annual basis. WAAH will alert members with renewal notices at expiring deadlines.
Members give WAAH the right to post all information provided for the WAAH Members’ Online Gallery. This includes contact information, email address, website address, and images provided.
